Integrations Overview

Hovers offers a comprehensive suite of integrations to help you maximize your SEO and content strategy. These integrations allow you to connect your existing tools and data sources, providing a unified platform for all your content and SEO needs.

Available Integrations

Analytics & SEO Tools

• Google Search Console: Monitor your site's search performance, identify issues, and optimize content based on actual search data. Track impressions, clicks, and rankings directly within Hovers.

Content Publishing Integrations

• WordPress: Seamlessly publish and update content on your WordPress site directly from Hovers. Supports both self-hosted WordPress installations and WordPress.com via OAuth.
• Shopify: Publish optimized blog articles directly to your Shopify store's blog. Automatically sync content to your e-commerce platform.
• Framer: Sync your Hovers articles to your Framer site using Framer's CMS for seamless content management and publishing.
• Custom Webhooks: Receive real-time notifications when articles are published, updated, or deleted. Integrate with any external system or custom application using HTTP webhooks.

Setting Up Integrations

To set up any integration:

1. Navigate to your site's Settings page
2. Go to the Integrations section
3. Select the integration you want to connect
4. Follow the authentication steps specific to that integration
5. Configure the data sharing and permissions settings
6. Save your configuration

Most integrations require you to authorize Hovers to access your account data. This is done securely through OAuth or API keys, depending on the integration.

Content Publishing Integration Limit

Note: Only one content publishing integration can be active per site at a time. This includes:

• WordPress (Self-hosted or OAuth)
• Shopify
• Framer
• Custom Webhooks

If you need to switch between integrations, you must first disconnect the existing integration before connecting a new one.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with any integration:

1. Check that your account credentials are current and have the necessary permissions
2. Verify that the integration service is operational (check their status page)
3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
4. Clear your browser cache and try again
5. Contact Hovers support if issues persist
